The project at the Walmart facility at 1001 Columbia in Riverside, CA includes over 450,000 sq .ft. of refrigerated and frozen space with state of the art thermal systems.

It contains a Glycol floor heating system with Onyx Radiant Hose by Watts Radiant.

The building features high speed, insulated Rytec doors at the entrance of the cold rooms from the dock.

35F dock with vertical storage levelers, fire riser pods and Metl-Span panels throughout. Clarion is proud to have been the thermal insulation contractor on this project.
