The new facility consists of 60,000 sq. ft. of freezer, cooler and cool dock area including high speed roll-up doors with motion activation, sanitary panels and ultra-efficient refrigeration systems, including rebate qualifying urethane core panels with USDA white steel finishes throughout the 35 degree clear facility. Concrete curbs provide lasting protection for the wall panels. It contains 15,000 sq. ft. of cool dock and staging area with heavy duty dock levelers. The Freon based engine room provides the horsepower and computer integration required to condition the space to desired temps. State of the art refrigeration, insulation and lighting systems, qualified for the largest rebate check ever issued through the “Savings by Design” program established by Southern California Edison.
