Clarion Construction is proud to partner with Classic Distributing in the construction of their new distribution center in Industry, California; this facility consolidates both of Classic’s current centers into one central location.

The cooler is 16,000 sq. ft. with 23 Clear Height and 49 Tons of Freon based refrigeration to keep the room a consistent 38F-40F.

The facility includes Rytec PD5500 Rapid Rolling Cooler doors for efficiency.

The facility has 5 thick Polystyrene core panels with white steel finishes and matching trim and 8 inch x 12 inch concrete curbs at both the interior and exterior of the cooler.
